Effortless Eligibility
To ensure a premium driving experience, vehicles are available to clients aged 21 and above, holding a valid driving licence for a minimum of 3 years.
Refined Use Policy
For your safety and the integrity of our fleet, vehicles must not be used:
– under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances affecting driving ability
– for unlawful purposes of any kind
– for commercial transport of passengers or goods
– for racing, testing, or performance driving
– for towing or carrying excessive loads
– if not in proper driving condition
– for driver training or instruction
Client Responsibilities
We kindly ask our clients to uphold the following standards:
– respect the vehicle’s capacity and technical limits
– obtain prior approval before traveling outside Serbia
– return the vehicle with the same level of care as received
– cover fuel usage during the rental period
– request any extension at least 48 hours in advance
– immediately report any technical irregularities
Each vehicle is entrusted to you for personal use only and should not be transferred to third parties.
Any traffic fines or violations incurred during the rental period remain the responsibility of the driver.
In the Event of an Incident
Your safety comes first. In case of an accident:
– ensure all parties are safe and secure the vehicle
– collect details of all participants and witnesses
– contact us immediately, regardless of the severity
– involve the police in case of significant damage or injury
– provide a written report following the incident
Deposit
– 1 day rental -150 km included only
– No deposit required for rentals over15 days
– Up to 15 days, a refundable deposit from 200 € may apply, depending on the vehicle
Exclusive Services & Fees

Can I rent a car if I am under 21 years old?
No.
To rent a vehicle with Zoom Rent A Car, the minimum required age is 21 years old.All drivers must also possess a valid driving license for at least 3 years prior to the rental date.
Can I rent a car with a provisional driving licence?
No, unfortunately provisional driving licences are not accepted.
To rent a vehicle with Zoom Rent A Car, all drivers must hold a valid full driving licence.
Way do I need to give my flights details?
By providing your flight number, the car rental agent at the pick-up location will be informed about your arrival time and also about possible delays. This will help secure your reserved vehicle in case of a flight delay.
When will I have to pay for a rental?
Post-Paid – Confirm the vehicle without payment. The balance is paid in full at time of arrival at car rental desk.
Can I book without Credit Card?
Yes. You can make a booking without a credit card,however note that, even if you choose to pay by debit card, you will have to provide a valid credit card in the driver’s name at the time of pick-up since the rental agent requires a credit card from which to take the rental deposit. Credit cards accepted for pick-up are MasterCard and Visa Card.
When is a deposit required?
In certain cases, a security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle category, rental duration, or customer profile.
The deposit is taken at the time of vehicle handover and can be paid either by cash or card.
The deposit amount will be clearly communicated before confirmation of the reservation. Once the vehicle is returned in the same condition and all rental terms are respected, the deposit is fully refunded.
What is the fuel policy?
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as received at the time of pickup.
For example, if the vehicle is delivered with a full tank, it must also be returned full. In case the fuel level is lower upon return, the missing fuel and applicable service charges may be charged accordingly.
What documents are required for renting?
To rent a car in Belgrade, Serbia, clients are required to have a valid driver's license, ID card, or Passport. In some cases, additional documents may be requested, as well as a deposit on the card. Preparing all the necessary paperwork in advance not only simplifies the vehicle pickup process but also ensures a quicker and more efficient procedure, providing a worry-free driving experience and reducing the possibility of any complications during the rental.
Is there a mileage limit?
Rent a Car Zoom offers vehicles with no fixed mileage limit, meaning clients can use the vehicle without worrying about additional charges for the kilometers driven. This policy provides complete flexibility, making it ideal for travelers planning long trips or wanting to explore multiple destinations without stress over the number of kilometers traveled. This option allows users to focus on enjoying their trips without the need to track every kilometer driven. Only for one-day rentals, the mileage limit is 150 km per day. If the mileage exceeded, additional charges will apply according to the current extra mileage rates.
Can I drive the car outside of Serbia?
Yes, it is possible to drive the vehicle outside of Serbia, but prior approval from the Rent a Car Zoom is required, along with additional documentation (international insurance). Be sure to specify during the reservation that you plan to travel abroad. This way, you will receive all the necessary documentation on time and travel without any issues at the border.
Can more than one person drive the same car (additional driver)?
The option to add an additional driver is available upon meeting the rental requirements and registering in the rental agreement, with the service potentially incurring an additional charge according to the Rent a car Zoom current pricing. It is recommended to register the additional driver during the reservation process so that the vehicle is insured for all listed users throughout the rental period, ensuring safety and coverage during the drive.
