Can I rent a car with a provisional driving licence?

No, unfortunately provisional driving licences are not accepted.

Way do I need to give my flights details?

By providing your flight number, the car rental agent at the pick-up location will be informed about your arrival time and also about possible delays. This will help secure your reserved vehicle in case of a flight delay.

When will I have to pay for a rental?

Post-Paid – Confirm the vehicle without payment. The balance is paid in full at time of arrival at car rental desk.

Can I book without Credit Card?

Yes. You can make a booking without a credit card,however note that, even if you choose to pay by debit card, you will have to provide a valid credit card in the driver’s name at the time of pick-up since the rental agent requires a credit card from which to take the rental deposit. Credit cards accepted for pick-up are MasterCard and Visa Card.

When is a deposit required?

In certain cases, a security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle category, rental duration, or customer profile.

The deposit is taken at the time of vehicle handover and can be paid either by cash or card.

The deposit amount will be clearly communicated before confirmation of the reservation. Once the vehicle is returned in the same condition and all rental terms are respected, the deposit is fully refunded.

What is the fuel policy?

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as received at the time of pickup.

For example, if the vehicle is delivered with a full tank, it must also be returned full. In case the fuel level is lower upon return, the missing fuel and applicable service charges may be charged accordingly.

What documents are required for renting?

To rent a car in Belgrade, Serbia, clients are required to have a valid driver's license, ID card, or Passport. In some cases, additional documents may be requested, as well as a deposit on the card. Is there a mileage limit?

This option allows users to focus on enjoying their trips without the need to track every kilometer driven. Only for one-day rentals, the mileage limit is 150 km per day. If the mileage exceeded, additional charges will apply according to the current extra mileage rates.

Can I drive the car outside of Serbia?

Yes, it is possible to drive the vehicle outside of Serbia, but prior approval from the Rent a Car Zoom is required, along with additional documentation (international insurance). Be sure to specify during the reservation that you plan to travel abroad. This way, you will receive all the necessary documentation on time and travel without any issues at the border.

Can more than one person drive the same car (additional driver)?

The option to add an additional driver is available upon meeting the rental requirements and registering in the rental agreement, with the service potentially incurring an additional charge according to the Rent a car Zoom current pricing. It is recommended to register the additional driver during the reservation process so that the vehicle is insured for all listed users throughout the rental period, ensuring safety and coverage during the drive.
